I was very pleased with TMFL and the job my agent did helping me plan my last Disney vacation. She made my reservation and applied payments every week for us taking a lot of the pressure off. She made my Town Car reservation and Priority Seatings for us as well. We also received plenty of information on fun things to do when we got there. She even made sure that my son's birthday was noted everywhere possible and he had a great birthday! My agent even looked into new discount codes for our dates when they were made available. I don't think I will ever plan another WDW vacation without the help of my agent and TMFL Travel!

Our Christmas 2003 trip to Disney World was our first experience using an online travel agency to help with our vacation planning, and it certainly won't be our last. With the hope of securing an AP rate at a deluxe resort, we contacted the Magic for Less and received a prompt reply literally within just a couple hours. The savings that we were quoted were so great that we were able to lengthen our stay. Jessica not only obtained every reservation and priority seating we desired, but she always offered wonderful suggestions her first-hand experience and always found a way to answer all of our questions (which were too many to count!). As a former travel agent and Cast Member with Walt Disney World Central Reservations, I have always felt more than competent to handle my own travel arrangements every time we visited Walt Disney World - or anywhere else for that matter! It was with great hesitation that I handed my Easter week travel plans over to the Magic For Less, but I have to say, this is shaping up to be the best trip we have ever taken! Not only has the Magic For Less worked hard to secure an AP discount for our week, Our agent has changed dates, added dates, made all the phone calls for priority seatings, and managed to get my girls excited with the periodic "Magic" emails. The time that I would have normally spent on planning my trip and sitting on hold has been spent working on some magical surprises of my own for my family. It is a great feeling to know that I am going on my vacation as a vacationer, not as an exhausted and stressed out vacation planner. I recently booked a trip with my agent through The Magic For Less. I just want to tell you how very pleased I am. I was a little nervous about booking through the site, however, I have had a wonderful experience! I started contacting The Magic For Less in July, I never had any pressure. From the very first contact my agent has been very polite and extremely patient! Even when I asked repeat questions that I know I have asked before, or when we have had trouble deciding on something. Where do I begin to tell you just how wonderful it's been working with my agent at the Magic for Less Travel Agency? Any trip I'd been on in the past was completely taken care of by a travel agent or I did it completely on my own - no middle ground. The trips I'd gone on where everything was arranged by someone else where when I was younger and a little more "frightened" of taking on that kind of responsibility on my own. Ironically, it was my sense of responsibility that made me decide that no one could take care my vacation as well as I could in later years. Boy was I wrong!!!

Our first trip to Walt Disney World was through Dream Come True. My son has cerebral palsy and was granted a free trip to Disney after being referred to the organization by one of his Boy Scout leaders. We had only ever planned on going to Disney once - you know how it is - every kid should be able to go to Disney once during their childhood. LOL Boy was that a real error in judgment!!! Within months we were planning our return trip for the following year. That time, I made all of the arrangements myself and THEN turned our reservations over to Magic for Less. I had learned so much from the Mouse for Less list (then DisneyDollarless) and thought I could handle it all on my own. Although I was right, I COULD handle it on my own - let me tell you how I did it. I called Disney and made my original reservations, then I called back to change hotels, then I called again to add a night, then I called to have the AAA discount added to my reservations, then I got up early every morning for weeks to check the computer for codes. When the new codes came out, I called Disney and had them applied. THEN I turned our reservations over to our agent. From that point on, I received wonderful emails from Magic for Less about tips to help us enjoy our vacation, fabulous luggage tags in the mail along with all of our confirmations, and she made sure that our requests for a room close by a parking lot or the check in desk were honored because of our son being handicapped. Did it work out? Sure. But then I started reading the posts from other members stating how wonderful it was to "just wake up and find an email in their inbox from Magic for Less stating that new codes had been applied to their reservations saving them hundreds of dollars. Everything had been taken care of without them ever even asking or picking up the phone." HEY WAIT A MINUTE?!?!? What was wrong with this picture??? Why was I being so foolish???

I got smart for our next trip. We'll be going back to Disney in June of 2005. I can guarantee you that my agent will be taking care of the arrangements from start to finish - not only for us, but for friends traveling with us. Even though we haven't set our exact dates yet, our agent has been an invaluable source of information. I've emailed her many times with questions about the Magical Gatherings offerings, may I book room only for part of our vacation and a Dream Maker Package for the rest, may I have the Silver Add On Plan for only part of my trip, the list goes on and on - and her answers were always prompt and very informative.

I think what everything boils down to is that you have to have confidence in the people you work with to plan a vacation. Let's face it - you've worked hard for the money needed for such an endeavor. You want things to go as smoothly as possible and make memories to last a lifetime for both yourself and those travelling with you. The truly ironic thing is that the idea of having to plan our Disney vacation myself in order for it to be as perfect as possible has now swung 180*. I now know that if I want to have that fairytale vacation, I can't do it without my agent and the Magic for Less Travel Agency. Send them an email or give them a call - but do it with confidence knowing that you are truly in the hands of professionals who understand just what Disney means to you because it means just as much, if not more, to them!

Greetings, I just wanted to let you know how incredibly pleased I have been with all of the work that my agent has done in planning our WDW trip. She is awesome! She was of great assistance in helping us select our hotel. She then made us the reservation which was 700$ less than what I was quoted from Disney reservations!!!!
