Since we had never used the dining plan our agents insight was very helpful.  We enjoyed all our dining experiences except for Hollywood vine & Dine.  The food was good and there was a good variety of it, but they were running about an hour behind on reservation.  The desert party along with the fireworks was great. Would recommend this and would do it again.  – Debbie C.

Didn’t have to worry about anything! I would recommend to other travelers to spend the extra money and get a Deluxe hotel at Disney. The Deluxe resorts are spectacular. -Angela T

This is our second time using the magic for less and love it!!!!  Both times with the same agent.  She is great and always on top of everything!! Even when I am bugging her with my crazy questions or requests from rumors I have heard on Disney podcasts or message boards.  These guys are great!!!  I have and will recommend The Magic for Less Travel company to anyone I know planning a trip to Disney!!

Still available even after you are on vacation

Even when we had an issue while we were on our vacation in DW, our agent was available immediately! Helped in every way possible, outcome was perfect!   We will continue to work with him for booking our vacations.  He is very knowledgable, helpful, prompt/timely with all questions, etc.  If our agent was unavailable, another agent was always there to assist.  A fabulous company! Keep up the great work! Looking forward to booking our next vacation with MFL!

Our agent is very helpful, we have always had her as our agent in the past…This year when we went to Disney, we had a very unpleasant experiance, which she took care of for us, right away, as soon as I notified her, and d/t her help , the rest of our vacation went well

Our agent made it so easy.  I had not used a travel service for years.  Time has become an issue and the time seemed good.  Our agent was speedy with responses, provided routine updates and advised of new promotions.  When I forgot our party tickets, she was quick to respond with options for how we could get them onsite.  She was also patient in working with multiple family members as we had four family units going on vacation.   I have already recommended you to others.  I really was impressed with the service and so pleased with our agent.  Thank you for making our family adventure so easy and enjoyable!

Our agent did all the work – she went above and beyond to make our trip perfect.  She worked magic on our reservation (free dining when it was supposed to be sold out).  We had a great trip thanks to her!  She saved me hours of trying to set up the perfect reservation.

The fact that when I need a quote I email my agent and she gets back to me quickly. Then when the time comes to actually book my requests are taken care very quickly. That is great when you have to go to “plan B”. Just the fact that everything is taken care of so well FOR ME keeps a lot of us as far as planning. Whenever there is an issue I never have to worry whether or not it is going to be taken care of because I know it will. I have already referred a couple of people to my agent because of the great job she does for me.(I just got my latest gift card in the mail today). (this is in reference to our share the magic referral program, if you need more information ask you travel counselor)  Keep up the great job and I will keep coming back and keep referring. My wife also loves your service.

Totally Worry Free

Our agent had all my arrangements coordinated as I had a scooter and needed a scooter bus for the cruise Everything was wonderful I added on the free dining and we got everything done with no problems. My luggage was taken in Syracuse and didnt see it again til got our room at french quarter, and again they picked it up at our french quarter room, and never seen it again til our ship cabin. I arranged for the air program while onboard and they even gave us our boarding passes. We put our luggage into the hallway the last night of the cruise and didnt see it again until we got back to syracuse.They even did the customs part. It was totally worry free.
