We recently returned from the most “magical” trip to Disney which we planned with our (TMFLT) agent and we have high praises for all involved. From the moment we arrived at The Contemporary hotel to the minute we left, we had no complaints. Staying at the Bay Lake Tower was a smart idea. We were able to clearly see the nightly fireworks from the walkway between the two hotels, we were in walking distance to the Magic Kingdom, but we were also able to ride a mere four minutes to the Magic Kingdom on the monorail. Access to all parks was easy with the monorail in the hotel, and plenty of food choices were available for everyone in our party. The grounds of the hotel were immaculate, and easy to access the beautiful pool, the sandy beach, and the other amenities. Nightly there were animated Disney movies to see on the hotel grounds, and even roasted marshmallows over a fire every night. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well take care of. We really loved the unexpected surprise of the “kitchen” in our room with the sink, flatware, dishes, glasses, microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, and small pull out pantry. There isn’t enough praise to heap upon the staff of The Contemporary. They were friendly (always handing out stickers to the kids) and accommodating in every way. Our agent was really instrumental in the planning of our trip as well. She suggested events the kids would enjoy, booked all our dining and activities that we wanted at the times we wanted. She answered any and all questions we asked her since her extensive knowledge of all things Disney is enormous. I would, and will, definitely book my next Disney trip with her again.
