Amazed at how quickly my TMFLT agent would answer my emails. I made changes to hotels etc and he very graciously helped with this and also many WDW newbie questions. Also had contact with two other agents when he was on vacation; both were great!

Our agent offered great tips while booking, such as dining times, and room selection. She also followed up with useful information on pre and post stay accomodations offered through Disney. She sent us useful tips up into right before our trip, such as information about the Ana and Elsa meet and greet. Top notch service from someone I only communicated with by phone or e-mail.

Unfortunately, people are far too quick to complain and it’s rare when you hear good things. Fortunately, this letter will be addressing the latter. Excellent response to my request for quote my my counselor. She promptly answered all my many questions and provided helpful suggestions. All 10 of us had such a wonderful time and the grandchildren especially want to go back soon! They practically lived on the lazy river and the pool, we never made it to the beach.

I was traveling with 3 developmentally disabled adults, two of which lost their father to cancer one week before our trip. Our TMFLT agent did everything in her power the entire time to make this trip special for them. She would contact me every few weeks to ask how the girls were and their dad all while trying to make the trip a success. She put together packets for each of them and walked me thru the entire process, she even asked the resort if they could do something special for one of the girls who lost their dad. It so happens that the services were on her birthday. I can write a book about all the wonderful things she did for us. THANK YOU!!!!
