Our vacation would not have been half as good as it was if it had not been for our agent’s help. I could text them with any question and I would have a response almost instantly. I love planning my Disney vacations, right down to the last detail… It was nice to be able to rely on my counselor for things I didn’t want to do and to get quick answers to questions I had if I couldn’t look up the answer right away. She always got back to me asap. Again, as someone who loves to do all the planning it was nice to have a RELIABLE “back up” to handle things if I was unable to get to a computer. I could turn to her if I needed a quick answer to a question that popped into my head or maybe a minor detail that I just didn’t want to sit down and do, I could ask her! It really complimented my way of planning a trip to the World and it was also very nice to be able to communicate with someone who understands the importance and timeliness of Disney reservations!!

Our agent was great to work with and helped us plan every detail of our vacation. She got our dining and fast passes booked and even made reservations for character meals, which my kids absolutely loved. We really had a great time and appreciate having her meet with us in person a couple of times to go over all the details of our trip and to make suggestions on shows, dining venues and entertainment that she knew we would love. Information was clear and timely. When I had an issue with WDTC having our wrong address, which I believe was their error, not my agents, while she was on vacation another agent quickly stepped in to solve it. In addition, I am so grateful that yet another agent went online to make sure I was registered for the Walk In Walt’s Footsteps Tour. Because of the time zone difference, I was in a meeting when it was time to get those tickets and I was afraid it would be quickly booked out so she called and got me signed up. Great service! And that tour was a highlight of my trip. Thank you thank you!
