It was our first time going to Disney as a family, so she (our agent) gave me a lot of great tips including advice on hotels, tips about best use of fast passes, when the meal plan is worth it, how to plan our days at the parks, which parks to visit, etc. She also helped me through a challenging experience when the Disney site and app went down on the day I was supposed to book fast passes. Our Magic for Less agent was great. She was extremely helpful even though I was going on a short visit. She was always very detailed, professional and courteous. I have already recommended her to others and certainly would book through her in the future.

We have a daughter with a disability and our agent was wonderful in taking her needs into consideration. He contacted Disney on our behalf to ask about medical needs and equipment we needed or would be traveling with. His actions made us more comfortable with our decision to travel with our daughter.

It was our first time staying at a Disney resort hotel and had been over 30 years since we had last visited Disney World. Our counselor provided us with current information regarding the parks, tickets, and hotel accommodations which was extremely helpful. Great experience with two small children and infant. Being able to have assistance with hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and tips for reserving fast passes made the trip almost stress free. We also were also lucky to secure free dining package thanks to our counselor staying on top of specials.

Working with our counselor made the vacation so much better. I didn’t have to try to get my own dining reservations and fastpasses, she did that for us which meant I skipped a very stressful part of the planning. She helped me figure out which parks to go to when so I would see the things that were most important to me. Even though it wasn’t my first trip to Disneyworld, I got to see things I had never seen before because of her great advice. My only regret on my prior trips was that I didn’t find her sooner. Our agent took total care of booking both of our resort reservations (split stay). He was able to offer us great rates at both the All Star Music and Beach Club during Marathon Weekend. It’s comforting knowing the reservations were made and at the lowest available rate.
