It’s very easy dealing with the TMFLT as opposed to directly with Disney. It’s one less process to deal with. As soon as I booked our flight I gave the info to our Magic for Less counselor and he takes care of it. Especially since our trip was brief (we were really in Florida for a wedding) the help was appreciated.

Our counselor always has been very helpful, prompt and professional. I have had to not worry about any phase of my vacation planning and she was always forthcoming with any information or updates for my trip. She went above and beyond to help and ensure I received what I was looking for. She even called Disney on my behalf to resolve issues I was having with my magic band customization. We’ve booked many trips with our agent, including vacations to Disney World and a Disney Cruise. This was our first trip to Disneyland, and she made it a breeze–as always! We especially loved the information about the MaxPass process, which was new to us as we’re a Disney World family. MaxPass allowed us to ride every ride in Disneyland and DCA, even during a busy holiday weekend. The free photos were a huge plus, too. We love our agent so much!
