Our Magic for Less counselor always has answers for us when we have questions about our trip. She is very knowledgeable and knows things about resorts, dining, and the parks. I never hesitate to contact her with questions. Always very useful information. Love it that our travel counselor automatically applies discounts for us. We always book through her, wouldn’t think of anyone else! She is always looking out for our best interest.

Our agent took a call at 10 pm knowing I was in a panic and had to have an answer. She is so knowledgeable and made herself available anytime I emailed or called. We had such a hard time linking our family members to the Disney app and she handled this all for us.

Our Magic for Less agent was extremely helpful both with this trip as well as our last Disney Cruise. Two years ago was our very first Disney cruise. I had a ton of questions for her. She went over and above to make sure I had answers to every question. In addition, once she found out that I was surprising my son with the cruise as a Christmas present, she sent me Disney cruise merchandise to wrap up and put under the Christmas tree so he would have something to open. That was a huge hit and I truly appreciated it! Therefore, when it came time to plan our next Disney cruise I immediately called her to get the process started. Her attention to detail and professionalism is wonderful!

Our counselor was extremely helpful and responsive while planning our vacation. He was very responsive even during evenings and holidays. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of trip planning. Our plans changed during the planning phase, such as deciding to use magical express instead of our original plan of renting a car, and Mike was able to guide us through that change no problems. Our vacation was wonderful and we had zero problems. We will definitely use The Magic For Less to book future Disney vacations!

I was extremely pleased and grateful to have the assistance of my travel counselor. She did everything for me since I had no idea how to plan a Disney vacation. The only thing I would do differently the next time is to go with the deluxe dining plan instead of the regular dining plan.
