Disney Wonder’s French Quarter Lounge

The Disney Wonder’s French Quarter Lounge is a family friendly, relaxing and fun place to hang out during your cruise.  This lounge can be found on Deck 3 nestled between Triton’s and Tiana’s Place restaurants.  It’s the perfect nod to “The Princess and the Frog”.

This lounge was added to the Disney Wonder during the Fall 2019 refurbishment.  It’s the perfect complement to Tiana’s Place!  The theming is, as Disney describes it, a “New Orleans-themed lounge that transports guests deeper into the heart of the city’s iconic French Quarter”. I loved the decorative wrought-iron balcony with beads and musical instruments adorning the railings.  The bar is exciting with a wall featuring Dr. Facilier’s shadow and his business card from the film.

During the day, this lounge is relaxing and family friendly.  Family trivia games and other activities are offered promising a fun time for all. I loved the park bench seats with tables along the edge giving a great place to sit and people watch.  The lounge was frequently bustling with energy!

During the evening, you can enjoy live music while waiting for your dinner seating or enjoy a late night drink after the show.  The Spirits and Libations menu is fun and diverse.  The coasters are Dr. Fancilier’s business card.

You can experience this lounge on the Disney Wonder in Alaska, the Mexican Riviera, Caribbean, and Bahamas.  I sailed out of Galveston. In 2020 and early 2021, you can also sail from New Orleans!
