My agent\u00a0answered my many emails with questions very timely, and when she was not available, set me up with another agent (who I didn’t have to communicate with ultimately).\u00a0 She offered helpful tips and gave us great advice!\u00a0 She had a blog article that she sent us about dining.\u00a0 She knew so much about the Universal parks and resorts – we are Disney people and have all of that down pat, but Universal was a foreign territory. So, we felt lucky that Linda had so much knowledge. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Since we had never been to Disney, having a service book our entire vacation package for us alleviated all of the time and expense trying to plan our trip ourselves. Everything was planned and paid for in advance, which allowed us to relax and enjoy.<\/p>\n

Our travel agent\u00a0was especially helpful when I was trying to decide exactly where to stay in the Magic Kingdom (we had never stayed in the park before) i.e. she was able to let me know of properties that were undergoing a lot of renovations and what would be a good fit for my family.\u00a0 Also great help with room category selection on the Disney Cruise line was appreciated (i.e. what areas were more quiet).\u00a0 She also met me in person at the Needham Fair right before we traveled to give me last minute advice, suggestions, and a chance to ask last minute questions was so helpful.<\/em><\/p>\n
