Since we had never used the dining plan our agents insight was very helpful. We enjoyed all our dining experiences except for Hollywood vine & Dine. The food was good and there was a good variety of it, but they were running about an hour behind on reservation. The desert party along with the fireworks was great. The fact that when I need a quote I email my agent and she gets back to me quickly. Then when the time comes to actually book my requests are taken care very quickly. That is great when you have to go to “plan B”. Just the fact that everything is taken care of so well FOR ME keeps a lot of us as far as planning. Whenever there is an issue I never have to worry whether or not it is going to be taken care of because I know it will. I have already referred a couple of people to my agent because of the great job she does for me.(I just got my latest gift card in the mail today).
