at Disneyland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Disney is a passion of mine.\u00a0 I love the Disney parks, the movies, and the characters.\u00a0 I enjoy collecting Disney items, wearing Disney jewelry and clothing, and being a promoter of all things Disney.\u00a0 But I have another passion\u2026Christmas!\u00a0 I love that \u201cmost wonderful time of the year\u201d and combining it with Disney makes my heart go pitter-patter.<\/p>\n<p>So when I had the opportunity to spend my last Disney vacation at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.themagicforless.com\/disneyland\/\">Disneyland<\/a> during the Holiday season, I was in.\u00a0 Disney really knows how to do Christmas right and if you get a chance to visit any Disney park during the Holidays, take it.\u00a0 The parks are all decked out in their finest, all festive and bright.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-11781\" title=\"Disneyland Christmas tree\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themagicforless.com\/tmflblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Disneyland-Christmas-tree-294x550.jpg\" alt=\"The beautiful Disneyland Christmas tree on Main Street USA\" width=\"294\" height=\"550\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.themagicforless.com\/tmflblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Disneyland-Christmas-tree-294x550.jpg 294w, https:\/\/www.themagicforless.com\/tmflblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Disneyland-Christmas-tree-80x150.jpg 80w, https:\/\/www.themagicforless.com\/tmflblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Disneyland-Christmas-tree.jpg 321w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 294px) 100vw, 294px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But in addition to the decorations, there are so many \u201cChristmas\u201d things to see and enjoy in the parks.\u00a0 There\u2019s the Christmas Fantasy Parade which takes place in the Disneyland park every afternoon.\u00a0 This parade includes all your favorite Disney characters decked out in their Holiday best along with traditional Christmastime favorites like elves, snowmen, toy soldiers, and the big guy himself, Santa Claus.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-11782\" title=\"A parade float\" 337w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 309px) 100vw, 309px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are special events, like the handmade candy cane demonstration, available at the Candy Palace on Main Street USA in Disneyland and Trolley Treats on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure.\u00a0 Be sure to line up early for the chance to get one of these rare treats as quantities are limited.<\/p>\n<p>Some of Disneyland\u2019s most cherished attractions also get a special layover effect for the season.\u00a0 Over at The Jungle Cruise, things become more festive when it is replaced with the Jingle Cruise layover.\u00a0 Holiday season jokes included.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-11785\" title=\"Jingle Cruise\" spectacular of all is the beautiful layover of \u201cit\u2019s a small world\u201d holiday.\u00a0 The entire building is lit up on the outside with thousands of twinkling lights and there is a special
