We have used her before, and because of that great experience, we decided to book thru her again. As in the previous trip, she held our hands and guided us all the way through, even as we were on the ship! She was very thorough and precise in the entire booking process by making sure that we had everything right from our dates to our paperwork needed to board. She certainly made the entire process very smooth and worry free. Almost everything went perfect for us during our cruise; Palo turned out to be a major disappointment for dinner, and a minor disappointment for brunch (which had nothing to do with our agent). However, the rest of the cruise was very successful, so much so that we have tentatively booked another cruise thru our favorite agent and the Magic For Less team.
