a break at The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Hollywood Brown Derby, designed after the famous Hollywood landmark Brown Derby, located in Disney&#8217;s Hollywood Studios, has been a popular dining choice (now a Signature restaurant) since it opened almost 30 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>In 2013 a welcomed addition was added &#8211; &#8220;The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge.&#8221;\u00a0 \u00a0The lounge is outdoors, with a nice size bar, plus quite a few tables along the railing with umbrellas to keep the sun from beating down on you.\u00a0 There are also high top cocktail tables along the wall.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_16438\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-16438\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Take a break and enjoy specialty cocktails and unique appetizers.\u00a0 This is a great spot to relax and the perfect spot for people watching!<\/p>\n<p>I was pleasantly surprised to see the famous signature Cobb Salad was on the menu.\u00a0 It&#8217;s &#8216;appetizer&#8217; size but was plenty big for lunch, a snack or even a light dinner.\u00a0 It was just as delicious as you hear it is!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_16440\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-16440\" style=\"width: 600px\" Derby Sliders (or maybe both!).\u00a0 The dessert trio is a must also!\u00a0 Savor in some famous Grapefruit Cake, maybe a piece of warm blueberry cobbler, and Cappuccino Brule&#8217;!<\/p>\n<p><img
