We all love to explore every part of Walt Disney World parks.\u00a0 Enjoying the rides, the food and the characters can be tiring.\u00a0 \u00a0 We have found some great places to relax in the Walt Disney World theme parks.<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t feel like leaving the park to go back to your resort to rest a little, there are places that are quiet and out of the way for you to relax a bit. Of course, each park has some longer attractions that have seating and are dark and air conditioned (perfect for that 15 minute power-nap).\u00a0 Magic Kingdom has Carousel of Progress<\/a> & Mickey’s PhilharMagic.<\/a>\u00a0 Hollywood Studios has One Man\u2019s Dream. \u00a0Epcot has Canada Far and Wide<\/a>, Impressions de France<\/a> or the Beauty and the Beast: Sing-Along<\/a>, and The American Adventure<\/a>.\u00a0 Animal Kingdom has Animal Encounters: Winged Encounters \u2013 The Kingdom Takes Flight (which is outside, but covered and with fans).<\/p>\n

But if you want to take your time, sit and relax where it is usually more quiet, check out these places to relax in Walt Disney World parks.<\/p>\n

Magic Kingdom<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Enjoy an out-of-the way place to relax in New Fantasyland near the Railroad Station.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

New Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom<\/a> has an area in between Big Top Souvenirs\/Pete\u2019s Silly Side Show (meet & greet area) and the Walt Disney Railroad New Fantasyland Station.\u00a0 There are lots of tables and chairs and even an area of fun seating under a big top tent.\u00a0 Because there aren\u2019t any food options nearby, it seems to be a quieter area.\u00a0 This is a perfect place to have a picnic, whether you buy it there or bring it yourself, and just take in the sounds of Magic Kingdom<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Hollywood Studios<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Courtyard near the Brown Derby Lounge is another great place to relax.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

If you visited Hollywood Studios<\/a> prior to 2017, you might remember Staring Rolls Caf\u00e9.\u00a0 While that fan favorite spot may be gone, the courtyard seating is still there.\u00a0 Because there aren\u2019t many food options nearby, there is usually availability of relaxation spots.\u00a0 Bonus, you can walk over to the Brown Derby Lounge and order a beverage.<\/p>\n

Epcot<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Seating area in the Japanese Pavilion is a new place to relax in Epcot.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

A gem at Epcot<\/a> is in the Japanese Pavilion, behind the Japanese Pagoda.\u00a0 They have added quite a bit of tables & seating.\u00a0 It’s a perfect spot to take a break, being about half way through World Showcase.\u00a0 We were so happy to find this area!<\/p>\n

Animal Kingdom<\/strong><\/h3>\n

My favorite spot to relax at Animal Kingdom<\/a> is in Nomad Lounge.\u00a0 It is a quiet lounge next to the restaurant Tiffins.\u00a0 Sitting outside gives you a nice view of the cavalcades that run sporadically throughout the day and inside give you a respite from the heat.\u00a0 There are many other areas to rest throughout the park, like near the Conservation Station or on the Maharajah Jungle Trek.<\/p>\n
