An iconic part of any visit to the Disneyland Resort<\/a> in Southern California is meeting beloved Disney Characters so let’s talk about where to meet characters at Disneyland. No matter your age, who doesn\u2019t enjoy a high-five, a hug and a photo with your favorite Disney princess or pal? One of the unique things about Disneyland is the organic nature of many of the character meet and greets. If you\u2019re in the right place at the right time you never know who may show up!<\/p>\r\n

Planners never fear! You can always meet a wide range of beloved Disney Characters on a regular, scheduled basis. Many characters appear at certain places or even during certain special events throughout the year. Availability can, of course, vary depending on many park schedules, ongoing events, time of year or even refurbishments.<\/p>\r\n

What should you expect? Well, grab your camera, grab your autograph book and put your Mickey Ears on as we dive into some of my personal favorite opportunities,<\/p>\r\n

Disney Character Meet-and-Greet Venues<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Throughout Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, there are designated areas where you can meet specific Disney Characters. These venues areas are usually well marked on the park maps and park signage.<\/p>\r\n

Toontown<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

You\u2019ll typically find Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse along with all of their classic friends in Toontown at Disneyland Park. Mickey is always available after you tour his house and Minnie often can be found in her garden after you tour hers. Many other friends such as Goofy, Donald, Daisy, Pluto, Pete and Clarabelle will rotate throughout the land. Have your autographs and your camera ready!<\/p>\r\n

Royal Hall<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

Looking for Disney Princesses? Well, look no further than the Royal Hall in Disneyland. Princess Aurora, Rapunzel, Snow White and Ariel are among the many Disney Princesses who routinely call on guests in this enchanted setting.\u00a0 This is a queued setting and you’re able to meet several Disney Princesses at once!<\/p>\r\n

Pixie Hollow<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

Are Disney Fairies more your style? You\u2019ll find them at Pixie Hollow set between the Matterhorn and the entrance to Tomorrowland. Tinker Bell, Vidia, Terrence, Fawn, Rosetta, Silvermist, Iridessa, and Periwinkle all routinely are here to spread Pixie Dust and magic on visitors.<\/p>\r\n

Avenger’s Campus\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

Avengers assemble! Throughout Avenger\u2019s Campus at Disney California Adventure you\u2019ll find Marvel favorites such as Spider-Man, Iron Man, Black Widow, Dr. Strange and Black Panther.\u00a0 You’ll be hooked on a feeling\u00a0 after meeting some of the Guardians of the Galaxy crew. They are all there to help you to save the universe.<\/p>\r\n
