Within walking distance to the front of the park are two LEGO themed hotels.\u00a0 The LEGOLAND HOTEL, features family friendly rooms with either pirate, adventure, kingdom, LEGO Friends or NINJAGO themed rooms and the LEGOLAND Castle Hotel with rooms featuring knights, dragons, magic wizards or royal princesses!<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Accommodations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The rooms at both hotels include a children\u2019s sleeping area with bunk beds with a trundle bed, a TV and an interactive treasure hunt! The park is actually a working film studio too and you can take a tour by tram through the studio!\u00a0 Great Universal icons are featured throughout the park, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Super Nintendo World<\/li>\n<li>Jurassic World<\/li>\n<li>The Wizarding World of Harry Potter<\/li>\n<li>The Secret Life of Pets<\/li>\n<li>Despicable Me<\/li>\n<li>Kung Fu Panda<\/li>\n<li>King Kong<\/li>\n<li>The Simpsons<\/li>\n<li>The Mummy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_28575\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-28575\" style=\"width: 345px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-28575\" title=\"Hogwart's Express Universal Hollywood!\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themagicforless.com\/tmflblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Hogwarts-Express-Universal-Hollywood.jpg\" alt=\"Meet the conductor of the Hogwart's Express!\" width=\"345\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.themagicforless.com\/tmflblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Hogwarts-Express-Universal-Hollywood.jpg 345w, https:\/\/www.themagicforless.com\/tmflblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Hogwarts-Express-Universal-Hollywood-86x150.jpg 86w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 345px) 100vw, 345px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-28575\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">See the Hogwart&#8217;s Express upclose &amp; personal at Universal Hollywood!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h4><strong>VIP Tours<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>On two different visits to Universal Hollywood, we enjoyed the VIP Tour experiences!\u00a0 One tour is a group tour of up to 13 guests and this VIP experience follows a set itinerary which allows guests to experience the most popular rides &amp; attractions with no wait in line.\u00a0 You have a tour guide that takes you through your day, shares insider knowledge &amp; backstage access, an exclusive lunch experience in the VIP dining room, Unlimited Express Pass all day and more!<\/p>\n<p>Another VIP experience is the private VIP Tour!\u00a0 We enjoyed this experience with our family Summer of 23 and what a fun day it was!\u00a0 We had a private guide for our party of 7 that allowed us to set the pace and itinerary for the day.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Accommodations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Universal Hollywood can be a busy one-day experience or take your time and enjoy 2 days in the park by booking your stay at one of the two\u00a0 Universal City hotels that are adjacent to the park.\u00a0 The Hilton Los Angeles\/Universal City and Sheraton Universal Hotel both have walking paths that connect them to the parks &amp; the Universal CityWalk area making them very convenient for an extended stay!<\/p>\n<p>Universal CityWalk is a dining &amp; entertainment \u00a0where you can enjoy a great meal, shop and even enjoy a great movie!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_28571\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-28571\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-28571\" title=\"Super Nintendo World!\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themagicforless.com\/tmflblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Super-Nintendo-World.jpg\" alt=\"Super Nintendo World is super!\" width=\"600\" height=\"435\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.themagicforless.com\/tmflblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Super-Nintendo-World.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.themagicforless.com\/tmflblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Super-Nintendo-World-150x109.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-28571\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Step right this way to Mario&#8217;s Super Nintendo World!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>More Southern California Fun<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Other Southern California experiences we have enjoyed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.laparks.org\/griffithpark\/\">Griffith Park<\/a> is a part of the Los Angeles, Parks &amp; Recreation system and is a beautiful park in the Hollywood Hills. The park includes the Autry Museum of the American West, horse-back riding, a train ride, pony rides, a golf course and the world-famous <a href=\"https:\/\/griffithobservatory.org\/\">Griffith Observatory<\/a>.\u00a0 \u00a0The Griffith Observatory features different exhibits and an amazing planetarium presentation.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/walkoffame.com\/\">Hollywood Walk of Fame<\/a> allows you to stroll along Hollywood Boulevard and explore the world\u2019s most famous sidewalk and the celebrities it honors.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/pacpark.com\/\">Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier<\/a> is located on the shoreline in Santa Monica and is an iconic spot featured in many movies.
