I loved that I could go to my TMFLT agent for advice whenever I needed it. She helped me with everything from booking the hotel room to even running over presents while we were on vacation. Her commitment to helping me plan my trip both before and during the vacation was outstanding. I could not be happier with her service. We had the vacation of a lifetime.<\/em><\/p>\n

My agent was able to provide detailed and timely feedback about resort questions when i was deciding between two resorts, as well as offered info on new events that matched our interests. It was easier to book the vacation using an agent to get correct pricing. The knowledge of the agent to someone who has not researched Disney World is invaluable. All questions were answered almost immediately. Magic for less travel is always the first to release discounts.<\/p>\n

We had a few snags on our vacation. When we arrived our Mickey Ears and Autographs books were not ready for us (free promo for booking). Our agent worked his magic in minutes and had a solution for us. We also had some problems with our fast passes and we lost the biggest fast pass we had due to a glitch in the Disney system, and it was to meet Anna & Elsa. He worked tiredlessly trying to remedy the situation for us even though it was not his problem and really out of his control. The resort gave us a room credit due to the inconvenience it caused (all thanks to Steve and his magic). He was so sweet and cared about our vacation just as much as we did. I look forward to working with him again!\u00a0 Thank you to our agent for all of his help! This vacation could not have been all that it ws without his help!<\/p>\n
