Our counselor made dinner reservations for us when we have no idea what we were doing and picked a good variety of great restaurants. Recommended number of days in each park which worked out well. Made wonderful accommodation recommendations (we love where we stayed at Port Orleans French quarter). Helps tremendously on fast pass recommendations and strategy on how to make the most of our day at the park. Made sure we knew about all the travel accommodations including Magic express, luggage check-in etc. She recommended a dining plan that worked great for us and kept us from worrying about when or where we were going to eat. Recommended memory maker, explain the photo pass etc. There is absolutely no way that we could have planned this trip own and had as good a time. She did a great job helping first timers decipher what we needed to know and encouraged us to do planning, which we probably wouldn’ t have done otherwise. She was patient with questions and gave us great answers.
