Just know when I book my vacation with my agent, I can sit back and relax knowing that she is taking care of everything for me. She constantly sends me information, refurbishment schedules during my travel dates and when it is closer to my travel date, she confirms all of my plans, requests with Disney. Also comforting to know if I have any issues before or during my vacation I can contact her and she will help me.
