I am writing to you about the spectacular service I received from TMFLT counselor as I planned my trip to Disney. A friend of mine suggested that I try the “Magic for Less” website. This was the beginning of my awesome experience! I sent an email from the website and I received a prompt email from her. I couldn’t believe how quickly she responded. Of course I had a million questions. I cannot begin to tell you how many emails were exchanged. She was always prompt in her response, professional and extremely patient. I am certain I asked some of the same questions over and over. She just continued to guide me through the process flawlessly. She emailed me on weekends, in the evening, early in the morning…I can’t begin to tell you how incredible that was.

Our agent gave us advice on our fast passes to make the most of our time at each park. She suggested the right rides for our kids ages and set us up with an app for our phones that had maps of the parks and wait times. Tricia also sat down with us personally and helped us select dining experiences we would enjoy.
