My agent answered my many emails with questions very timely, and when she was not available, set me up with another agent (who I didn’t have to communicate with ultimately). She offered helpful tips and gave us great advice! She had a blog article that she sent us about dining. She knew so much about the Universal parks and resorts – we are Disney people and have all of that down pat, but Universal was a foreign territory. So, we felt lucky that Linda had so much knowledge.

Our travel agent was especially helpful when I was trying to decide exactly where to stay in the Magic Kingdom (we had never stayed in the park before) i.e. she was able to let me know of properties that were undergoing a lot of renovations and what would be a good fit for my family. Also great help with room category selection on the Disney Cruise line was appreciated (i.e. what areas were more quiet). She also met me in person at the Needham Fair right before we traveled to give me last minute advice, suggestions, and a chance to ask last minute questions was so helpful.

Our travel agent’s recommendation of Port Orleans Riverside in general, and the Royal Rooms w/River View were spot-on. We had a great room in a great location. This was our first time staying at a Moderate resort in some time and it never felt like we were stepping “down”.

She went above “above and beyond!” I mean, she even gave me advice where it came to aspects of our destination wedding, totally separate from the vacation itself.
