From our first discussion over the phone, she was incredibly attentive to our every desire and concern for our Disney vacation. We started booking our trip just before the 180-day window to make the critical reservations for the various character meals that were so important to our family. She gave us her undivided attention and was extremely responsive to make sure that we had all of the information that we needed to make quick decisions within the necessary time frame. Our agent’s exceptional communication was impressive. Not only was she very responsive, but she always made herself available and was easily reached by phone, email, or text. It was also incredible that she remembered the little details that were mentioned during our conversation and provided her expertise to help us make decisions based on these conversations. She remembers everything! We felt as though she was always paying attention to everything that we had to say, and it showed by how few iterations were made to our travel itinerary. The information that our agent provided to us before our vacation was incredibly helpful. We noticed while in Disney that we were able to take advantage of so much more because of her helpful advice. Things like where to eat, where to get the best snacks, how to get the most of the meal plan were very helpful. We didn’t have the time to do the research necessary for such a successful trip, so we are very grateful that we didn’t have to because of her. Even while we were on our vacation, we had a small glitch with our photo pass that she took care of immediately. Although I did the majority of the planning for this vacation, my husband also communicated with our agent on several occasions. He insisted that we communicate with the leadership at The Magic for Less Travel to offer our sincere praise and appreciation for her job well done! She is conscientious, kind, and a wonderful travel agent. We have shared her contact information with many people so far because we were so thoroughly impressed with how she handled our travel needs. This was our first time at Disney World and our agent was a wonderful resource. She was always available to answer our many questions.
