Erica provide wonderful choices for destinations. She answered every question very timely and made us feel very excited and comfortable about our trip. She communicated very well before, during and after. I felt I could reach out to her at any time about anything and never felt I was bothering her. I felt she genuinely cared and was very knowable about the whole trip and our safety while there. She also sent us very nice cups for our trip with a cute saying on them for me and my daughter.
