When we want to go on a cruise, I just call my counselor and tell her the date, ship and cruise lines. She does the rest. She always selects a great cabin location and takes care of everything for us.

Our counselor answered any questions I had while planning our trip. She is such a caring, kind, and helpful person. Additionally, this lovely lady KNOWS DISNEY!!! This was our first trip using the My Disney Experience app and I told her I like My Agent Experience better than My Disney Experience! It was time consuming and at times aggravating.
