Our agent had all my arrangements coordinated as I had a scooter and needed a scooter bus for the cruise Everything was wonderful I added on the free dining and we got everything done with no problems. My luggage was taken in Syracuse and didnt see it again til got our room at french quarter, and again they picked it up at our french quarter room, and never seen it again til our ship cabin. I arranged for the air program while onboard and they even gave us our boarding passes. We put our luggage into the hallway the last night of the cruise and didnt see it again until we got back to syracuse.They even did the customs part. It was totally worry free.

It saves me a lot of time when I’m deciding on which resort to stay at and the cost of the different resorts. I find the Disney website very time consuming when comparing resort rates, and I find I usually get cheaper rates from TMFL. It’s one less less thing I have to deal with.

Our agent took care of everything. She made me aware of what to expect. DCL had put our room under the nightclub and for medical reasons, I could not have that. She immediately took care of this and got it changed to a wonderful room. She not only did the DCL for us she did a 3-day WDW trip combined with this. I just wanted to let you know how wonderful and helpful our agent has been to me.
I have been working with her since late 2009 when my Husband and I decided that we wanted to take our whole family to WDW. Our Grandchildren were 4 and 2 at that time. We needed to do a school vacation week since my daughter is a teacher. She also told me about the yahoo group and that I could get a lot of good info about which vacation week is the best. We decided to go during Feb. Vacation. Our agent told us not to come the weekend before Presidents Day Come on that Tuesday.
I E mailed many Travel agencies around Nov of 2009.
I chose our agent out of all of them. She was just so nice and helpful with a quote
She always answers all my questions and helps me with everything that I need info on. she always E mails me right back.
I got a pin code a month or so ago and I sent it to her.
I was sure it was a blackout date but it wasn’t. She compared several resorts for me and the prices with the code. We ended up switching resort from the POFQ to the POR. She told me that the POR would give me a 30% off the 2 rooms but the POFQ only gave a15% the rooms.
She was so helpful with helping me decide on which ADRs to chose. After she made them I to change around a few. She was always happy to do it.
Now today I got an E mail for the Disney Charge card with the kids stay & play. I E mailed her and she got back to me and did all the figuring out if it would be better than the pin code on my Daughters room.
She told me that since I had 2 reservations that I could keep the pin coded on our room and change my Daughters reservation to the new discount. She told me that she has to wait until Mon when it came out the general public to make the switch. She will have to put the new discount deposit on my Disney Visa it was on an American express card.

From the ease at check-in to knowing where to stand to watch parades made our trip so enjoyable. The printouts via email that our agent sent us were invaluable.
