We’ve never stayed on Disney property before…but with all the perks we couldn’t afford not to stay! From…(Magical Express, to Free Dining….our counselor provided us w/much need information and was esp. helpful w/reservations and where to dine at)in the parks. We also were told about boat rides in the evening to Downtown Disney….and other holiday happenings this time of year which were MUST DO’S! And Marsha was SPOT ON with all the information she provided us!

This was our first trip to Disney World in 25 years. I needed help planning our trip and contacted Magic for Less Travel. Our agent was a huge help with much needed advice. Two of our grandsons made their first visit to Disney World on this trip. We will be taking another trip to Disney World in January to take the rest of our grandchildren. I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent help provided by our agent. Our agent worked with me in April at very short notice to plan our first family trip to Disney World. It was an ambitious plan – 20 hours of flying time to get there from Australia with 3 active boys aged 6,8 and 10. We only had 5 days at the resort and wanted to make the most of our time. Steve’s advice was invaluable, his service was prompt and his manner made him a pleasure to deal with.
I have not run across any Disney specialists in Australia and was a bit apprehensive about using a US one. We planned the whole trip by email and the end experience was better than we could have dreamed.
The planning and execution was so seamless we have again engaged our agent to work on our Disney Med cruise followed by a stay at WDW and Universal. This time we are taking my inlaws so there are eight people to plan for. Again, the assistance provided by Steve has been fabulous. We could not and would not have undertaken this trip without his help. I would not hesitate to recommend our agent to any travellers and have actively recommended him to all my Aussie friends.

Our agent answered all of our questions. We knew we were in capable hands. Because we had a wheelchair in our group of thirteen, she smoothed the way for us. She assigned us rooms near the food court and the swimming pool, which totally enriched our stay. Our four rooms were all in a row, which also enhanced our vacation. We were on the Disney food plan and that was the greatest. When our family visits Disney again, I will want our travel counselor and we will want the food plan again. Overall, we were very pleased with our outstanding vacation.

After 3 Disney cruises, this year we chose the NCL Epic to try something new and so our 2 and 4 year olds could enter the kids club together rather than be separated at Flounder’s/Oceaneer’s Club. We were so glad that even though Disney is his main business that he helped us out with NCL. He found answers for us when we were pre-booking our entertainment and helped us navigate our options when a hurricane threatened our travels.
