Our agent was willing to go out of her way to make whatever extra reservations we needed during our 2 week stay between universal and Disney. She made our bibbiddy bobbity boutique, car service and transportation reservations when needed. Any questions were answered immediately.

Our counselor gave us recommendations and tips for our trip. She promptly responded to any email we sent and kept us updated on what we should be receiving in the mail and what documents we would need to bring with us on our trip. This is the second time we have used her help with planning our Disney vacation. She saved us so much money on our first trip in July that we were able to get away again in December/January for another trip. We are thinking about going back in October and are so excited to be working with her once again and many times in the future.
