Our agent is the best. We have used her for numerous trips and she is always looking for ways to make our trip magical. She got us the free dining again this trip and set up our dining reservations and even made sure to remind the hotel that we wanted a certain longhouse. It makes going to Disney a breeze with travel experts like her on hand to help plan.

Our TMFLT Counselor is/was always there to answer any questions we had, and never made us feel dumb or like we should know the answer. She is a true professional. She always seems to look out for our benefit, like saving money here and there. I feel confident referring others to her that she will follow though and help people that I refer to her. She is very knowledgeable and a great resource for us. I always know that if we have an issue/problem on vacation, I can reach her within a reasonable amount of time to help me! Our TMFLT agent helped our family with an emergency! Our family was on a vacation from Australia, we had spent a week at the Wilderness Resort and then we were going on the Disney Fantasy. Early in morning of the Fantasy departure our daughter became ill. I could not get a contact number for Disney cruise lines. I reluctantly rang our agent early on a Saturday morning and she helped us with the situation. That is dedicated service! Magic for Less and Disney Cruise Lines were great throughout the whole experience and rescued our vacation.

I generally don’t require too much help. On a previous cruise the prices dropped and he was able to get us a room upgrade for about the same price. The impressive part was he did this on July 4th to ensure we wouldn’t miss out.
