Our counselor let me know the dos and don’ts of Universal. She explained in great detail about the process of setting up the vacation and where everything is. When we had to change certain plans, she was the best at fixing the problem. I did not have to worry about a single thing, since she helped us out so much.

For one she found out about a room discount and immediately rebooked my vacation saving me money. Received information on the Resort we were staying at, which was helpful and also the park hours, refurbishments, etc. I’m a planner so this information was extremely helpful. I have been booking through the Magic For Less for years now. Takes a load off of my mind to know that my agent not only books my trip, but follows up with me on any requests I may have she passes along to the Resort. She also continually keeps me updated on what’s happening in the parks – hours, reburbishments, special events, etc. Have recommended her to others and they have also been extremely happy with the service she provided.

Our second time traveling to Disney World, with our counselor’s guidance, we were able to plan our trip with no worries. As a detail oriented person, I very much appreciated her attention to the same. Everything we asked for, from room to a reservation at Cinderella’s Royal Table, was perfect. We had a magical time. Will be planning another trip to WDW in the future….and will contact her for sure!
