Everything was planned before we left for Disney! It was so wonderful to not have to worry about anything once we arrived at Disney! We were able to get reservations to all the restaurants we wanted to visit, as well. I had so many questions while planning our trip because so much has changed at Disney since our last visit , and our counselor was so helpful and patient!

Our TMFLT counselor was such a wonderful person to talk with, to plan my son’s senior graduation gift trip to Walt Disney World, being our first time there, everything was awesome i can’t say nothing but positive things about her, every detail was covered, when my 19 year old son looked out over the balcony from our room and said “mom you did good.” I thought to myself no “our travel counselor did good”..Thank you so much for planing a trip that me and my son will never forget…

We went to Universal for the first time and our TMFLT agent took care of all the details for us and made all the arrangements. She gave us detailed directions on where & when we’d be picked up from our disney hotel. She made our vacation go very smoothly & we got everything we’d hoped for.

I have used our counselor on several of our vacations to Disney World as well as Universal Orlando and our family has always been impressed with her efficiency and promptness in handling our vacation plans and getting our vacation set. We have a large family and usually our party is 10-11 people and several rooms and even combined vacations between Disney and Universal and everything runs very smooth and she takes care of the entire trip for us including transport, dining and hotel reservations as well as tickets.
