It was nice to be able to travel to & from the airport without having to worry about our luggage and transportation arrangements. Carol, our travel counselor was very helpful in answering any questions and provided some good suggestions also. It made our trip worry free and enjoyable.

Our counselor does a wonderful job with all of our trips! She searches for quotes, arranges dinner reservations, and sends great tips and info about hotels and resorts. I recommend her all the time to friends!

There was a problem with our room at the Poly. Instead of me having to deal with it, our agent called & had the problem taken care of. She, also, followed up with the mgmt at the Poly to make sure I received compensation. She’s the best! Not only is she my travel agent; she’s also become a dear friend. There’s no better Disney magic than that!

Anything I needed my agent to do she did Happily. ADRs gave her a hard time when she tried to book the Luau and Hoop D D R for me. They had charged me twice for each of them. My counselor kept calling them constantly trying to get my money back and she did!!!I made a lot of changes to my reservation as time went by. She was always happy to make the changes and give me GREAT advice about the changes. I would never book at trip w/o having her help me.
