Our TMFLT counselor was a great travel agent. We had used AAA in the past, but your service was much better than theirs. we loved being able to email her with any questions – and we always got a prompt response that not only answered what we asked but also offered additional information. We did not use her to book our dining (I like to do that myself – I think that is easier if you need to make changes if a certain restaurant isn’t available when you want it). However, she was able to access our dining reservations and note our anniversary and my birthday that we were celebrating while we were down there. We loved the extra emails that she sent after booking regarding the resort and what amenities it had to offer. She even sent us a bon voyage email and welcome home email. Plus a birthday card! No other agency has ever gone above and beyond like this with us before. We had looked at several other travel agencies that we had seen advertised on websites and had gotten quotes from some, but we finally decided to work with her and your agency and we are so glad that we did. She was the best! The next time we can afford another trip to Disney we will gladly use your agency (and hopefully use her)again.

Having made over 50 trips to Disney World since October 1971, I know just about everything there is to know, and have always booked my own experience. That being said, and this being the first time using an outside source to book my trip, my TMFLT agent was extremely attentive, made sure to remind me of all the little things, and even even offered to assist with dining plans (although I didn’t require assitance). These attention to details, especially for a first time visitor, are what gets remembered and takes so much of the confusion out of a great WDW experience. So even though I didn’t need most of what my agent had to offer, the fact that it was offered and the information provided would make ANYONE’S WDW experience MAGICAL!

Our agent made our vacation experience run smoothly by making reservations for all meals and helping choose an appropriate hotel for our family. She gave great advice and was on top of all specials offered by Disney.

My counselor is a bit like Mary Poppins, practically perfect in every way! She made our payments in a timely manner. When the free dining promotion was released, she checked to make sure we were still getting the best value with our current booking, and she faxed our room requests to the resort. I preferred to do our own ADRs and planning, but I know our vacation would have been in good hands if I had asked her to help with that. As always, we have enjoyed having her as a travel agent! Thank you for all you do with making vacation planning an easy an magical experience!

I was given valuable information about the parks that I would not have necessarily gotten from the Disney website, and i was able to have any questions i had answered quickly. Also being from Canada, i was not able to utilize the website to book my character dinners, so our TMFLT agent booked them for me and made sure all my affairs were in order!!

I called WDW directly to get a price quote. WDW told me there was no way they could come close to the price we got fromThe Magic for Less. I was very happy. In addition, this was our 1st visit. We really had no idea what we were doing. Our counselor was able to help us in the middle of the park when our plans needed a last minute change.

Our agent was great. She was very quick to answer all my questions. If she didn’t know right away she would tell me that then get back to me. She knew a lot about Disney cruises and was great. I will definitely use her and refer her to friends.

I was in charge of booking for my family as well as in charge of booking for my parents and our TMFLT counselor made if flawless for us. Disney had unplugged the refrigerators in the resorts but made sure that my parents still had theirs to use as well as getting us preferred rooms. (My parents do have health issues.) She has been very helpful to us the last few times we have used her. She understands our situations and works out what it truly is that I am looking for. She is a great find for me as hse saves me loads of time. I just email her with questions and she fixes everything.
