Our TMFLT agent is absolutely wonderful! She helped book our Character Meals on the days and at times she knew we would be visiting that particular park. She also advised us of the best ways and times to meet the newest characters. There were a few Travel Agents that I spoke with prior to contacting the Magic for Less Travel. Those agencies did NOT provide nearly as much information as my TMFLT agent. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was giving this trip to Disney to my 6 year old daughter for an Christmas gift. My agent answered all of my questions and provided very detailed information and a lot of tips that I appreciated. All of my reservations were made and I was happy with all the choices she recommend. She has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend her to anyone that I know will be visiting Disney. I know for sure I will keep in contact with her for the next time we are planning a Disney Trip. I will cherish those Disney memories for ever!

Working with our agent just makes planning our trips so much easier. Instead of spending hours online checking out various resorts, I can just send an e-mail to her and get all the information I need. She’s also been great about finding us cheaper packages, and getting us our PAP(Premium Annual Passholder) discounts. It’s also nice to send her any special requests we might have and know they’ll be sent on to Disney. And most of the time we’ve gotten our requests. I love planning our (and our friends’) Disney trips, and our agent is a huge help in getting everything we want booked!

I often make my own travel arrangements, but this year I was far too bogged down with *life* to do any more than the most basic research for a trip we decided to take less than a month out. My agent was so efficient and and checked all the options we asked for AND did the same thing all over again when we decided to tack on an additional night and day at WDW (separate from our first stay). He was quick and fun and got us the best deal even though these were two teeny tiny trips.
