Any time I had the little, silliest question, like “Where’s the best place to see the fireworks?” “What will the lines be like at Ariel’s Undersea Adventure?” our counselor was there with the answer. We will be booking another DL vacation for 2013 but are not sure of our dates yet – once we know them we’ll contact our agent! And in 2014 we’re booking a big trip to WDW and we’ll definitely contact her for that too!

Steve has helped my father-in-law several times and has provided wonderful advice. he has helped us preciously get great deals…through those wonderful experiences, I came to him for this trip. It was super-short so a lot of “deals” were not applicable. When we arrived at our resort there was someone there waiting for is with balloons for our kids. They were so excited and felt so special. There was an issue where something happened with our magical express passes in the mail and not only did he follow up to ensure we got them, but had a second set expedited through the mail as soon as he learned we didn’t. This was our first trip to Disney, so it was SO nice to have an experienced person to offer an educated opinion. Our TMFLT agent was very encouraging and helped us really get excited about our trip. His enthusiasm was contagious. The Disney customer service folks are very good, but won’t offer an actual opinion on anything. Our counselor was a kind and patient voice to help me decide “should we do A or B? should we eat *here* or *there*? would you rather go *hither* or *yon*? Very valuable for a Disney newbie like me.
