Our agent helped us with everything we needed and more. He was extremely helpful when on the day of our arrival we were to we had been upgraded and found that our new room had only two beds and no foldout couch or daybed. I spoke to concierge and they said there was nothing they could do except get us a roll-away for $15.00 a day. I called him and within the hour we had a roll-away At No Charge and free turn-down service.
We are so grateful for all he did to give us a memorable trip. I won’t hesitate to call him when we begin planning our next trip. I have also been recommending our agent and the magic for Less to all my friends who come to me for Disney planning advice. Good luck to you all and God bless.

I have so many positive things to say about my agent and TMFLT that I am sure I will run out of characters on this survey!!!!!! She is beyond helpful from the very first email I received from her. I have never used a travel agent for any of our vacations (from planning trips to Vegas, Mexico and the MANY trips to Florida we have taken over the past 10 years!). She not only helped me book my trip but made sure I was going to get the most out of it (money-wise and fun-wise). She helped me pick the best meal plan for what my husband and I would need and then got me ADR for all but one restaurant I wanted…and I am certain she picked a much better place for us to eat at! AND not only did she get us all the ADRs I wanted…but she got them ALL on ALL the days I wanted! No small feat! My agent did a great job of planning out the times so we never felt hungry by going too long between meals. She helped set up two tours for us that we had a great time on. She was beyond available for me when I was in need of something from her. She really helped me plan a great surprise trip for husband and no detail was missed on her part! I can’t sing enough praises for her!! I can most certainly say we will use her and TMFLT again. I have even told people that I know that are interested in WDW to use TMFLT because you get the best service hands down!

Our agent is clearly a Disney expert! The whole idea of Disney was intimidating to me; as a ‘type A’ personality I just didn’t see how I could research enough to get the most for our money. Despite the fact that I tend to be somewhat bossy and controlling, I relinquished full control to him (which was VERY hard for me to do). It was the easiest most stress-free vacation we’ve had; through all the add-on family and changes in plans, we credit all of our agent’s hard work for the ability to relax and just enjoy ourselves. I’d do it again in a heartbeat (oh, and so would my family!). I’m speechless. REALLY! And I can be quite verbose… our agent is AWESOME!

Our agent was wonderful to work with for our first trip to Disney. We have already shared her contact information with others and one family has already gone to Disney since our trip in April. Our agent let us know twice when there was another code/discount and the total price of our package had gone down $100. She answered any and all questions. I’ve booked many of my own trips and its nice to let someone with a lot more knowledge do it for a change. We have a trip planned for Sept. and she sent me a spread sheet with the park hours, it has been very helpful. This was a once in a lifetime holiday for us and though we changed our minds several times on when to go, how long to stay and where to stay, Our agent was very patient with us and offered suggestions to enhance our holiday.Our agent was very helpful and able to let us in on some helpful tips. I was a little overwhelmed by the main Disney website. When I contacted my agent he was able to answer all of my questions regarding locations, logistics, meals, etc. Basically after we discussed what my family was looking for, he was able to set us up on the perfect plan. I was overwhelmed with planning my first Disney World trip. I wanted my daughters experience to be magical, as we would also be there on her birthday. Our agent had the answers to all my questions and made great recommendations as well. She was very friendly and helpful. I am very thankful for her services. If all the employees are as great as her, I don’t see how anything could be improved. I would have loved to have taken advantage of the 35% discount offered during my stay but none of the days offered would work for me. I will be making another trip in mid-October for a few days. We can’t wait!!
