I never have to worry about any details when my agent books my travel. This trip was a first anniversary present for my daughter and son in law and I knew everything would be taken care of. Our counselor even let the cruise know the kids were celebrating their 1st anniversary 🙂

Our agent set up all our dinner reservations at the times we requested. We did not have any problems at any of the reservations and were very happy with all of them. She also set up our stroller rental from an outside source. The stroller was at the resort for the time requested. She also set up transportation to Sea World for us. We had a party of 16 and again everything was on schedule. All of the appropriate documents we needed for the Magical Express were sent to us ahead of time. I’ve heard horror stories about the Magical Express which made us hesitant to use it, but it was a breeze.  When we got to the Magical Express center at the airport, there was no line and a bus was there waiting. We were able to walk right on the bus and the bus left within 15 minutes of us boarding. The whole trip went very smoothly.

This was the one of the best booking experiences I have ever had!!!! And all the little helpful hints that we received before the trip!!!! So helpful!!!  Will definitely be back!!! Our agent is super easy to work with and so happy and up beat!!! Great rep for the Happiest place on earth!!!
