Our TMFLT agent has been very good at working with us on short notice. He knows his clients and always finds the perfect room for us. He is always gracious even though it always seems like we are contacting him late in the evening.

Our agent is so helpful we had to make several changes due to some medic emergencies and she was able to help us along the way as well as coordinate with me in regards to booking different reservations. Always fast to respond and very helpful. Also I had my In-laws book with magic for less.

We made several changes was our dates and planned changed. We went from September dates to November dates, then adjusted specific dates several times. Our plans changed, then discounts came out and I kept asking for adjustments, and all along our counselor was super quick and helpful even as I felt I started to get annoying! Additionally, we were only booking a room-only reservation, but he treated me as if I were a full package customer. Great service!

Our TMFLT counselor makes our trips stress free. We couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable, friendly, wonderful person to work with. She puts up with a lot of nonsense questions from me and my husband. We love her! Absolutely satisfied with TMFLT. (We) Didn’t book a trip while on our trip because they had no bounce back for our next time frame. Already planning our next trip and will have her book it after the new year.

This is the 2nd trip that I have booked to Disney with my Magic for Less counselor and both have been amazing. She offered any knowledge and tips also sent emails letting us know of any events or special amenities that were available during our stay. This time we booked a character breakfast at Chef Mickey’s and my daughter was pampered at the Bippity Boppity Boutique. She works hard during the year to make the trip perfect for us and we always make the most magical memories. Every year our travel party gets bigger and she is always right there to accommodate us in any way. In 2014 my fiance proposed to me in front of Cinderella’s castle and in 2016 we are hoping to have a small ceremony at Disney. Of course I have already contacted her about our Wedding trip and prepared her to be contacted by all of our family who will attend. She truly is the best!

Our TMFLT agent took care of adding our oldest son to our reservation as well as securing a ticket to the MNSSHP event for him. He decided that he wanted to join us AFTER we had already made arrangements. LOL. This was our first time attending Magic Kingdom’s MNSSHP and it was AWESOME! She provided tips and took care of everything for us. She is always available to answer any questions that I have.
