For those of you that get asked by friends and family why you return to Disney World, I think these pictures say it all.
By taking care of all reservations and booking it took a lot of stress off the vacation planning. The trip went very well and knowing that if a better deal comes along that it will booked is very comforting. Our agent does a great job and it’s your people that make a company a success.

I heard about my agent from a friend at work. I emailed her over the weekend and she responded immediately. She worked with me to find the lodging and package that worked best for my family. Overall, I was very satisfied with the customer service. I corresponded with with her over email. She responded promptly to all of my requests even on the weekends. I felt like she did her best to accommodate my requests given the availability of lodging and restaurants during the time frame I requested. This is an excellent service. Birthdays:
We enjoyed a wonderful trip to Disney world December 3rd – 9th to celebrate my sons 8th Birthday, Our agent made all our table service reservation and each time we had no problems and everyone knew it was my son’s birthday. It also helped that we could move our trip up by 1 day and enjoy the free Disney Dinning offer. My Family’s Disney Vacation was Awesome! Excellent weather, low crowds and wonderful service!! -Susan F.

This took some of the worry out of it for me. I knew my agent would take good care of me so I didn’t worry about things (well not as much. LOL) I’m a natural born worrier. but she never seem to mind my questions. she was very patient with me. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else for my travel needs. and I recommend you guys to everyone that mention travel to me. thanks for all you guys do to make our trips truly magical. The fact that when I need a quote I email my travel counselor and she gets back to me quickly. Then when the time comes to actually book my requests are taken care very quickly. That is great when you have to go to “plan B”. Just the fact that everything is taken care of so well FOR ME keeps a lot of us as far as planning. Whenever there is an issue I never have to worry whether or not it is going to be taken care of because I know it will. I have already referred a couple of people to my counselor because of the great job she does for me.(I just got my latest gift card in the mail today). Keep up the great job and I will keep coming back and keep referring. My wife also loves your service -Bob M
Since it’s celebrate one more Disney Day at the parks, I thought I would share an extra blog today!Â
Our agent helped us organize our first cruise on the Disney Dream. She made sure we had completed all the details prior to the cruise including passport numbers and paperwork. Additionally, she is very pleasant and friendly to work with and is extremely familiar with Disney.  I loved having a real “person” to work with! Don’t ever loose that quality– it really makes your service stand out! I consider myself a very seasoned traveler– however,it was so nice to have someone else guiding me along the process and updating me when to make reservations and when payments were due. It was very helpful. I appreciated the extra attention– it really made our trip extra special!! Again, when you planning such a big trip with your family it’s nice to know about all the extra details that Bridget was able to provide. She was able to answer all our questions and give some valuable insight making our vacation a success! Thank you
