Our travel counselor has helped us plan our vacations to Walt Disney World six times over the last 7 years. Both of our parents used her on the trip they took one year as well. She has been invaluable in providing us with information to help us with various allergies, vegetarian food options, and on our last trip, wheelchair assistance. Even though I could plan our trips myself now, I consider it “insurance” to use her because I know that whatever arises (such as a new health issue), she will have all the information we need and will plan everything to make things go smoothly. She will even randomly send me pics of new menus throughout the year if she sees things on her trips that would appeal to us. The rare times there has been a problem on Disney’s end, she has taken care of it promptly, much faster than I’m sure we could have ourselves. She even helped me find the one sunscreen my youngest child isn’t allergic to (now that’s inclusive service–LOL).

Our travel planner is great! I can relax knowing that she will watch for discounts and let me know when that happens. A few years agoshe saved me more than $60 a night on my Deluxe resort. When I told my husband (who never goes with me or is the least bit interested in Disney) he replied “You pay more that $60 a night?” Needless to say he is still clueless 🙂 Thanks for a great service!

Our travel counselor was fantastic. I changed our hotel reservation from AOA to pop, added extra days to our trip, added grandparents to our trip, received discount when stay play and dine came out, and added magical express after the initial reservation. He was always quick to respond to any question or request. Hoping to return in 2015. Will contact him as soon as we are ready to book. Great service! He took my vision of a perfect Kids 1st Trip and made it a reality.
