We spend more time at the California parks, so Florida parks aren’t as familiar. With our counselor’s knowledge and experience of the parks, resorts, & cruise line, he was able to put together a package for us and make suggestions based on what we wanted to see & do. He gave us excellent directions on where to go to get checked in for the cruise at the hotel. He told us about brunch at Palo on the Disney ship, that we would have otherwise missed. We will definitely seek our agent out when we plan our next trip!

Our agent helped us with all the planning and reservations. She recommended the Quick Service Dining plan for us as we didn’t want to be tied to too many reservations, and that was the best advice she could’ve given us. We felt free to use our time the way we wanted to without feeling rushed to get anywhere. Our trip was a wonderful experience. Upon checking in, we received an upgrade to a room in Animal Kingdom Lodge. Arthur loved being able to look from our balcony and see all kinds of animals as well as from all the windows as we walked down the hallway. Your itinerary was absolutely a life saver. We were able to do so much more by arriving early both days. Arthur’s favorite place was Epcot. He loved Kim Possible and Test Track. He also enjoyed Magic Kingdom and many of the rides there, however could not interest him in any roller coaster ride. All your tips for each park were most helpful. Thank you for making our trip extra special. We had a wonderful Disney experience even though we did not plan nearly a long enough stay.

My travel agent and he was wonderful and so nice! Any time I had a question, he always got back to me promplty and gave me an answer. He was right on top of things and when a discount became available that applied to our trip, he got us the discount even after our trip was booked. He made reservations for us to see Fantasmic and even recommended some restaurants and events that we might want to visit. He took care of EVERYTHING for me. I didn’t have to do anything. He was very nice and personable and did whatever he could to make our trip exactly what we wanted it to be. I will most definitely utilize the Magic For Less the next time I plan a Disney Vacation!

I mentioned this on facebook, but I have to say again that it was just so EASY to plan this trip because of our agent’s help. I feel weird even using the word “plan,” because I didn’t do much planning–our agent did it for us, really! So my husband and I were able to focus on the fun stuff like choosing restaurants and what we wanted to do. I was amazed at how quickly I would get an email response, and he never made me feel like any of my questions or concerns were silly. Plus, he’s fun!
From my very first email providing my requested quote, I knew right away that I was working with someone who was very knowledgeable about Disney. But even more, I was working with someone who loves Disney, and wanted me to enjoy my experience to the top–and I did!! I have booked trips to Disney through other means in the past, and those worked out fine. But the difference here was that my agent wanted me to enjoy my trip as much as I wanted to! It was so cool to have someone helping who just “gets it” when it comes to the magic of Disney–not everyone does. It’s a special thing. So, I guess my only other comment is… THANKS!
Working with our agent saves me time and allows me to concentrate on other things. The knowledge and experience helps us to make decisions that best suites our needs. Never have had problems with any of our reservations for dinning, accomodations or rentals. Our agent is fantastic. She is quick to respond, gives great advice and is so personable. Just wanted to drop and line and let you know that once again, our agent. Our agent rose to the occasion and made our Disney trip this year another magical experience for us. This is the second time that she has booked our Disney vacation for us, and believe me it won’t be the last. Our agent took care of everything for us, including making our dinner reservations, and also getting us our tickets for Cirque de Soleil, which was magnificent. I would advise everyone to go see it.
