Our agent’s knowledge of little tips were extremely helpful. Our dinners at the California Grill and The Rose and Crown Pub for fireworks shows were unbelievably amazing timing. Her tip to go to the check-in early for Rose and Crown and tell them we are willing to wait for a patio seat for Illuminations was one of our favorite tips all week. Plus, I am not sure if she was able to “pull some strings” but we were upgraded from Sugar Loaf building to the Main Building at the Grand Floridian, which was the first of many magical “happenings” for us on this trip.
The service really was beyond excellent! Easy communication with emails back and forth was nice and convenient for my planning with a hectic teacher’s schedule, and the times I talked with my agent on the phone were like talking to a friend who was excited to share her her insight. I LOVED The Magic for Less!

It was wonderful knowing that all we had to do was tell our agent what we wanted and make payments and all was ready when we got there. The thought of having to be on the line which a CM forever was not appealing. I also understand they (The cast members) are not always updated on offers and we could have missed a great deal.

All AAA does is save you a little money (it was under $100.), but when we used them on our last trip, the agent didn’t tell us just when we could book our dining (and she didn’t offer to do it for us either), she didn’t give us information on the Extra Magic Hours, nor did she tell us the times for the fireworks. These were all things we had to go to the Disney website and find for ourselves…………okay, so it didn’t kill us to do that, but the fact that YOU went over and above and DID do it is impressive – and appreciated!
