When a great passholder rate opened for the period of our vacation, Steve rebooked us at the Beach Club for not much more than the rack rate we would have been paying at Pop. When Disney closed the Beach Club, Steve rebooked us at Yacht and got us a room upgrade. We didn’t have to lift a finger (or stay on hold with Disney).
