From my first communication with my counselor she was extremely helpful. We have been to Disney numerous times and this was the first time using a travel agent. I assumed I knew everything there was to know but . She gave us tips about scheduling fast passes and dining PLUS she made ALL dining reservations for us! That was a huge relief for me. She even looked over my vacation spreadsheet and gave feedback on what we had planned. Anytime I sent an email she responded within the day, usually within an hour.
