Ric takes out a lot of the stress of planning. I don’t have to hunt for the best deal for us, or worry about missing a new offer that becomes available. He was invaluable in making our plans to visit Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm in ’18. I always book our trips through Ric, and while I love planning ADR’s and fast passes, he has helped me get some difficult ADR’s. I think it’s great that the agents visits the various parks and get to know the new attractions and park changes. I can’t say enough good things about Ric and TMFLT! ~ Lonnie H.

This was the first time I’ve used a travel agent for a Disney trip. Mike was wonderful but I wish I had known more of how to utilize Mike’s skills. He did everything I asked him to do and responded very quickly. I was so pleased when I got to the resort that my request were granted and we were put in the perfect spot ! We had planned a trip to Aruba prior to the Covid 19 breakout and had to postpone it twice and move dates around. Jo Vagos worked with us on this and was very helpful and understanding. Finally we had to cancel the trip altogether, but settled on a trip to Cancun in its place. Jo was extremely helpful and put a plan together for us in just a matter of a few days. Juanita did an absolute amazing job on preparing us for our first trip to Universal studios Orlando. We were sent a map of the park so we can plan ahead. No question was to small or irrelevant. Ben was more than happy to help with any and all questions, several changes, due to COVID and college classes. I always though I was the annoying person always changing dates or moving hotels, but he never was bothered with any of my changes. Made me feel so much better everything.
