Our Magic for Less counselor was great at answering all our questions immediately, so we knew what to expect and how to plan. On a rare occasion, she didn’t know an answer she immediately found out what it was. She worked hard to make sure things went smoothly for us. She helped us get reservations and made sure our fast passes were set up. She even answered a question we had while on our trip. I have complete confidence in her ability to serve her clients. What a gem.

Our agent is AMAZING!!!! Beyond what any agent has ever done. She is so knowledgeable in everything. She goes above and beyond. Always there anytime I ask her things. She gives me all the details to everything, things I would even think of and she has it there. She knows so much! I recommend her to everyone I know. She made herself available for my questions anytime. She was flexible to many changes and sent plenty of timeline reminders for reservations & fast passes. Our first day at the magic kingdom my son’s magic band wasn’t linked correctly & I got our agent on the phone immediately & she was able to help customer service get it corrected. She was amazing to work with and I will definitely use her services again for our next trip and have referred my sister in law for their upcoming trip. She was super knowledgeable about the Universal time of our trip as well. We stayed 2 nights at Disneyworld’s Animal Kingdom Lodge & 2 nights at Pop Century Resort, and 4 days at Universal Cabana Bay. We had 4-day hopper passes to Disney and 4 days at Universal Studios which had a special BOGO free when we changed our plans close to our deadline. She was super helpful with everything and it was an amazing trip!!!

Our counselor was great. I have used her at least three times and she is always on top of things. I had to postpone my last trip to another month due to an illness in my family and she and a coworker helping her were great about helping me. Wouldn’t plan a trip without our counselor!

Our Magic for Less agent was full of information and suggestions. Some of those we never thought we would use, but choose to, like the photo package.. and LOVED IT. He gave us restaurant suggestions all over the park. The fast pass is the only way to go. He made the pre-trip experience very exciting and us not be able to wait for our trip. It was all and more we could have asked for. We thought he was extremely professional. He has a love for Disney I’ve never seen and it’s contagious.
