Our counselor answered all our questions. She offered advice & recommendations to help guide us through our planning stages of our family vacation, which was also my husband & my gift to our oldest daughter for her graduation from high school. Our counselor saved us money by utilizing bargains & coupons that were unbeknownst to us until she informed us of them. Her service was so valuable to us & we’ll forever be grateful! It was one of the best trips to Disney that we’ve taken so far! We’re looking forward to going back- thanks again!!!

Our agent made making my plans easier by doing the hard part, checking out pricing at the various Disney resorts. This vacation came at a crazy busy time for both my husband and I with our jobs, so while we wanted to plan a great vacation, neither one of us had the time or energy to figure out all the details surrounding a Disney vacation, with a special needs child. Basically, our agent and I had a couple phone conversations about our needs, wants, etc… And these beautiful itineraries showed up with all the special things (e.g. character dinners, logistics of how to get from A to B, etc) and it was great!
She also helped me plan an anniversary dinner with my husband, which was phenomenal! It was a bit off the beaten Disney path on the boardwalk, which was the perfect spot for us.
Our agent did a fabulous job with a family who is not simple to deal with and her patience, expertise and good advice was very appreciated!
Traveling with a special needs kid is not easy. Both our agent and Disney were so incredibly accommodating. I was a bit skeptical about this whole trip for that reason, but was very pleasantly surprised. My son (and just as importantly, the rest of us) had a fabulous time!

My agent and I spoke several times during the booking process and contacted each other via email after that. She was *extremely* fast in getting back to me and provided me with very valuable info on cruising (this was only my 2nd cruise; the 1st being only a 3-day). She was able to get the upgraded room for me that I wanted even though at the original time of booking, it was not available. I can only guess that she was in daily contact w/DCL in order to pull it off. Everything went very smoothly. Much better than I ever could have expected.

Our counselor ALWAYS responds in a timely manner….sometimes within minutes of me sending her an e-mail…even late at night (I swear the woman never sleeps!) and always always always, takes an active interest in our trips. We have used a couple of other TA’s / services in the past and it was like pulling teeth to get them to respond. NOT so with our TMFLT agent. She is more than just a trip planner, she is a friend. We recommend The Magic for Less and our counselor to ANYONE that we know of that is planning a WDW trip or DCL cruise. We don’t do it for the referral perk (although that we certainly like it, we do it because we know just how important proper planning and preparation is to a successful family vacation and we know that Deb and TMFL will always come through!!!
