Michelle was WONDERFUL. She’s extremely organized and well versed on all things Disney! Having someone who has the knowledge to enhance your experience and cut down on time spent researching all the options is KEY when planning a Disney vacation. Some of the details that are hard to find or know are distances to hotels from parks, transportation options and this year with enhance measures for our health and safety, it was CRUCIAL for us to know all the same little details of how Disney was operating so we were prepared for anything. Doris went above and beyond when I found out my youngest son wanted to come with only a month left before our trip. It’s a long story as to why this was so important but she made “magic happen”!
