I don’t have to worry about anything, my Magic for Less agent sends me emails whenever something needs to be done. She keeps everything in order for me. She double checks when there are sales to see if my trip could be cheaper.

Our counselor is awesome!!! She made my Disney vacation magical! When I was in Disney I had a problem with the Dining Plan. They had me on quick service even though I had paid for the standard dining plan. I let her know and within an hour or less she worked her magic and had everything straightened out. I love working with her. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to Disney and always ready to help when needed!

This was the second trip that I had booked with an agent. As before, he went above and beyond of what was expected. It’s great to work with someone that shares my Disney enthusiasm. He handled all the details that I requested and offered sound advice when I began to worry about things at the last minute. We were also pleasantly surprised when there were 2 gift basket coolers in our rooms upon returning from the parks one evening. That small touch was an extra bonus that was greatly appreciated. Our agent sent several planning tips and not only were they interesting they provided some very helpful information. Frequently go to the World and you can become “comfortable ” with your personal knowledge about WDW. These communications from her were reminders about some of the things you forget because you are there so often.

Our Magic for Less counselor was always available when problems arose that made it necessary to change our arrival date. She gave us multiple options as well. Communication was on point. WDW has changed since our daughter stopped performing there and the guides that were sent have made planning a pleasure! We used TMfLT years ago when our children were young. We always used our same agent and recommended her and TMfLT to friends who were going to WDW. We only took a hiatus when our daughter danced in WDW and we could use the Cast Member perks, but we continued to tell people about her and TMfLT. Now that our daughter is not dancing, we have returned and will continue to use TMfLT and our agent!
