Our TMFLT agent was able to help me upgrade my stateroom when we decided we needed a little more room. She also was able to help us with our request to change from Second Seating to Main Seating for our dining time, and to request the three of us dine at a table alone. She is always available by e-mail when I need her and always gives me a phone number to reach her if necessary. She is always so helpful and understanding no matter how many times I ask her questions, and she is always quick to respond. I can’t wait to work with her again since I booked another cruise while onboard!

This was my first visit to Disney World. Our TMFLT counselor made it so much less stressful with her advice and availability to answer questions I felt very comfortable and organized when I arrived, all experiences were fabulous. Not sure who had the most fun,the 6 year old princess, 9 year old roller-coaster king or the 4 adults!!!

I wouldn’t have known to make dinner reservations 6 months in advance without my travel agent. She made our hotel reservations and then a few months later, we were given a lower rate for the rooms. That was a magical surprise. There are many, many bits of advice she gave us to make everything run smoothly. We are so thankful to have that first hand knowledge.

Our counselor kept me informed of the status of our trip, added in the free dining plan when it was offered, finished the final payment for the trip, sent packing suggestions, and provided contact numbers in case we had any problems. Minimized the worry about making sure everything was taken care of with the reservation for the resort, park admission, transportation from and to the airport ( that was the very best feature).

Always know that I can rely on my TMFLT counseslor to take care of everything for me.
